Nanofarma Consortium is formed by seven companies spezialised in pharmaceutical development and drug delivery systems.

Pharmamar is the leader of the Nanofarma Consortium. The Pharmamar laboratories are located in Tres Cantos (Madrid, Spain) and Camdbridge (Massachussets, USA). The company belongs to Group Zeltia and its R&D activities are focussed on the discovery of anti-tumour drugs from marine sources and the development of oncological therapies.

PharmaMar has five compounds in clinical development, including its lead product Yondelis® for soft tissue sarcomas and ovarian cancer.

class="socios">  Laboratorios Farmacéuticos ROVI, S.A. is a Spanish company devoted to production and marketing of pharmaceutical products. It has a wide expertise in the field of anticoagulants, specifically heparins, developed with proprietary t echnology. The company has registered several ethical drugs such as a unfractionated heparin with a low molecular weight. 

FAES Farma is a Spanish pharmaceutical company founded in 1933 and devoted to the R&D, production, marketing export of ethical drugs, OTC products and raw materials. FAES Farma is quoted on the Spanish stock exchange (FAE, continuous market) and present in the Spanish and Portuguese markets with more than 800 employees ( 50 in sales, 100 in research). The major therapeutics areas are respiratory, NCS, rheumatology, cardiovascular, and digestive.

FAES farma markets its own products (e.i. deflazacort . mesalazine, hidrosimine) and licences (fluticasone, paroxetine and lamotrigine) : Faes manufactures solids, liquids and injections and carries out significant research for the treatment of allergy , depression, osteoporosis and cancer.

NOSCIRA S.A which belongs to the Zeltia Group, is a biopharmaceutical company focussed on the research and development of new drugs for the treatment and prevention of central nervous system diseases, especially Alzeimer's disease. The company has several lines of research on the pipeline related to Parkinson's disease and is developing new therapies against other neurodegenerative diseases.

Sylentis S.A., whish is owned 100% BY Zeltia, is a research company whose main goal is to research new therapeutic approaches based on gene silencing technologies. The company is specialised in developing therapies by means of RNA interference (RNAi), a powerful tool which includes knowledge-based drug design.

Dendrico belongs to the Cross Road Biotech Group. The company owns a technological platform based on nanoparticles with use in diagnostics, therapeutics and medical research. Specifically, the company identifies, develops and markets dendrimers based on carbosilane skeletons, develops biomedical research projects and consultancy and carries out technology transfer in biotech and medical research
